Brian represents unions in both the private and public sectors in a broad variety of labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, and litigation. He also represents individual employees in all areas of workplace law, including employment contracts, severance agreements, wage and hour issues, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and others.

Brian is a member of several professional associations, including the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY), the Onondaga County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and went on to obtain his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he served on the Syracuse Law Review. Prior to joining Blitman & King, Brian was Law Clerk to the Honorable David N. Hurd, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York, and also worked at a major law firm in New York City.

Brian was born and raised in the City of Syracuse and currently resides there with his wife Kate and their three children.
