Julia L. Foy joined Blitman & King LLP in 2019, having previously worked for six years as employee benefits account manager for an insurance agency.
As a paralegal for Blitman & King LLP, Julia assists in providing a range of services for the firm’s employee benefits plans by creating reports on legislative and regulatory updates, tracking plan-specific governmental reporting and disclosure requirements, and drafting operational documents such as summary plan descriptions, participation agreements, and trust agreements. In addition to assisting in a broad range of day-to-day administrative matters for employee benefit plan clients, Julia has provided support in responding to employee benefit plan inquiries from the Employee Benefits Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service.
