Hannah F. M. Bauman joined Blitman & King LLP in 2023, having previously worked as a real estate legal assistant. As a paralegal for the firm, Hannah assists in providing a range of day-to-day services for the firm’s employee benefits plan clients by drafting operational documents such as summary plan descriptions, participation agreements, trust agreements, and service provider agreements, tracking legal developments and plan-specific governmental reporting and disclosure requirements, furnishing responses to inquiries from the Employee Benefits Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service, and preparing for regular and special meetings with plan fiduciaries.
