Blitman & King partner Brian J. LaClair was selected as a recipient of the 40 under Forty Award for 2016.  According to the announcement from the Central New York Business Journal, which sponsors the awards program, 40 under Forty winners “represent a virtual who’s who of up and coming Central New York leaders in the business and nonprofit sectors.”  The program “recognizes young professionals in the Central New York region for excelling in the workplace and for giving back to their community.”  At Blitman & King, LaClair focuses his practice on the representation of labor unions and individual employees in all types of labor and employment matters.  He also performs pro bono work on behalf of indigent persons seeking unemployment insurance benefits.  LaClair and other winners of the 40 under Forty Award for 2016 will be honored at a luncheon on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Oncenter in Syracuse, New York.
