Brian J. LaClair, Esq. recently presented to a national audience as part of the American Bar Association’s CLE webinar series.  The program, titled “Americans with Disabilities Act Essentials,” was presented live on April 30, 2014, and addressed various issues, including what entities are covered by ADA, the definition of “disability,” reasonable accommodation requirements, and prohibited conduct and remedies under the ADA.
