Rachel Stolar

Rachel Stolar, a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, joined Blitman & King LLP in 2013. Ms. Stolar previously worked as a trusts and estates/real estate paralegal.

Rachel assists clients with a comprehensive and diverse range of services in the daily administration of their employee benefit plans, such as participants’ eligibility for benefits, benefit claims and distributions, Medicare Part D compliance, claims and appeals issues, distribution of required notices to participants, and governmental filings. Rachel regularly drafts operational documents, service provider agreements, and benefit forms. Rachel also assists with preparation of responses to inquiries made by agencies such as the U.S. DOL Employee Benefits Security Administration.
