Benjamin M. Burdick

Ben has been an Associate in the firm’s Syracuse office since 2021. Ben is passionate about representing both public- and private-sector labor unions, and their members, in a broad variety of matters ranging from organizing to bargaining and contract enforcement. Ben aspires to support organized labor in its mission to secure fair and productive workplaces marked by dignified wages and treatment. Ben believes in the value of the labor movement, and seeks to provide union clients with the counsel they need to advocate for their members’ rights.
